How was the Project Conceived?
While attending the Mushroom Summit 2023, a few mushroom industry experts and veterinarion friends were discussing the current research into mushroom supplementation for animals, in particular, dogs. A lot of anecdotal instances where dogs have been given entheogenic fungi exist. However, little research of where “effective” dosing and metabolization levels for a dog might be. As the collective continued the question continued to arise. What is an actual “effective” Microdose for dogs look like?

The Project’s Goal: to Confirm an Effective Microdose for Dogs
The primary objective of the project is to assess the safety, efficacy, and potential benefits of microdosing certain natural entheogenic compounds with dogs. We hope to uncover valuable insights that could improve the quality of life for dogs and deepen our understanding of their physiology and behavior of our canine companions.
